• Started Career as Teacher.

• Worked for 15 years with company manufacturing Thermoset and Thermoplastics Compounds. Joined as Research Scientist in R & D and left as Sr. Vice President overseeing all the operations of Business.

• Worked for 10 years in Polymer Division of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), as Head and Sr. Vice President, of their Product Application and Research Centre.

• Overall technical responsibilities of RIL and it group companies for Polymers and Plastics. Twenty five operating plants at six sites and hundreds of vendors and thousands of customers in India and abroad.

• Fifty scientist, engineers, and forty technical service personnel all over. Co-ordination with internal and external R & D groups.
